Iosa Ghini Designes the first Design Club whit Ava & La Fabbrica Ceramics of the Italcer Group
A historic Renaissance building dating back to the 17th century in the heart of Bologna changes its life thanks to a redevelopment project signed by Iosa Ghini Associati. The 2,000 square meter building has been completely renovated, placing design as a synonym of livability and quality, creating 35 branded apartments. In addition to the architectural project, Iosa Ghini Associati has developed a partnership with Italcer Group which with its AVA and La Fabbrica brands has covered the walls and floors of the most prestigious branded apartments of the Design Club.
